After signing up for CoSchedule, you’ll be happy to learn that you can dump multiple content pieces into one folder specific for your campaign. Simply click the “+” symbol (corner of your screen), or you can add it by clicking on the specific date within the calendar.
As you continue to add content, you can see that each content piece is separated by tabs that you can see at the top of the screen. No need to dig through pages and pages of your calendar to see when a content piece will hit.
Once you are done adding everything to your project, hit the close button in the bottom corner. This will move your project folder to the main calendar. This means that all content is scheduled and will show up as highlighted and organized, which will help you view your content, dates, and deadlines without having to search.
If you have content that you later want to add to a campaign, no worries! You simply need to click on the folder of your campaign and click the “add to project” button. That’s it!
